Returns:
At Timenaut you can return your purchased item within 15 days without paying any cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
After having received and inspected the item we will immediately notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The time it takes to have your credit card refunded depends on your card issuer’s policies and the type of card you used. But it should not take more than 10 business days except if it’s a prepaid credit card.

Shipping:
